My Story

I support parents and schools with compassion, love, and wisdom—helping children grow and families thrive through the timeless principles of human development.

Hello! I’m Sarita

Doula, Montessori Educator and Consultant

I’m so pleased you’re here. I am a Doula, KG Hypnobirthing Teacher, Montessori educator, and Family Support Specialist, and for over 20 years I’ve been supporting families and schools through the incredible journey of raising children. My work is all about helping parents feel informed, confident, and joyful as they navigate pregnancy, birth, and the early years of parenthood—while also building strong, lasting partnerships between families and educational communities.

As a mother of three, I know the overwhelm that can come with so much information and so many choices. I’ve been there myself, and that experience shapes the way I work: walking alongside you with empathy, clarity, and encouragement. My training as a Montessori teacher, Doula, and Hypnobirthing teacher—under some of the leading experts in their fields—has given me a deep understanding of natural human development and the parent–child relationship, which underpins everything I do.

Alongside working directly with families, I’ve spent many years in education, from teaching in Montessori schools to serving as Chairperson of a UK primary school. In that role, I supported the community, always focusing on strengthening communication, trust, and collaboration between families and schools. I’ve seen how powerful it can be when parents and educators work together, and how this partnership builds not only stronger communities but better outcomes for children.

Whether I am supporting you as a parent, guiding you through pregnancy and early parenthood, or working with school leaders to foster deeper family engagement, my mission is the same: to ensure children grow up in an environment where both they and the adults around them feel supported, confident, and connected.

My Approach & Values

My focus and approach begins and ends with the fundamentals of human development. Once you understand how and why we grow and develop the way we do, so much of the mystery of parenting falls away. You will be able to make decisions with clarity and confidence, knowing you are doing what is best for your child and your unique circumstances—without being swayed by ever-changing parenting fads. Human development has not changed, and this is why you can trust my approach.

At the heart of everything I do are the values of compassion, growth, love, service, and responsibility. Compassion guides me to meet every parent and child with empathy and understanding. Growth reminds us that parenthood and education are journeys of constant learning—for children and adults alike. Love is the foundation that nurtures strong connections and resilience. Service is my commitment to walk alongside families and schools with care and dedication. And responsibility anchors my work, ensuring that every choice and action honours the trust parents place in me and respects the profound role of guiding children through their most important years.

"Sarita's program for effective study methods, gave my 15 year old daughter, the necessary know-how and motivation to become a better student. Feedback from my daughter assured me that Sarita took time to understand her strengths and weaknesses and she felt supported in rising above her academic challenges through a proper self study regimen. The wealth of experience in the field of education that Sarita brings to her service is evident in positive results."
